Saying NO

Saying No sounds so negative. It seems to run counter to the basic Christian principals we hold so dear. Yet it often is the most constructive thing we can do in a given situation.

The problem is to know what we should be Saying No to, and when and how to say it. In today’s complex world, Saying No is a constant challenge. Every day we have a responsibility to turn our back on sin and over-indulgence… and turn away from over commitment and depletion. These are not always easy choices.
