Isaac Newton sparked a major leap forward in science when he first perceived how the universe worked. Although many books claim Newton discovered gravity this was hardly the case. The physical laws he defined had always existed. (Only a couple of people were reported to have floated off into space before Newton and none after). Yet, by understanding and explaining the basic operation of motion, light, and gravity, the English physicist added a layer of Order to a previously incomprehensible world.

Newton was an extremely spiritual man. He was certain God designed fundamental laws by which all Creation was governed and it was mankind’s destiny to discover the secrets behind the Creator’s plan.
