The goal of the Administrative Assistant is to provide prompt and quality service to the members and prospective members of TCA. Duties include: maintain database and accurate records, initiate communication with members and prospects via phone and email, prepare marketing materials for monthly meetings and special events (newsletters, fliers, brochures, etc.), update website, and other administrative tasks as needed.
SA Creative (SA) is seeking a part-time bookkeeper and administrative support.
The ideal candidate will be a full-time person to fill both positions. They will be detail-oriented, self-motivated and have a good phone presence. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office (WORD, EXCEL) is necessary. Experience with QuickBooks, ACT, and Gmail will be helpful. Pay will be commensurate with experience.
